OC Events are delighted to offer hospitality packages at the Extreme Sailing Series throughout the entire series.

In 2008 93% of guests surveyed said that this was one of the top 3 events they had ever attended.

A multi-level corporate hospitality experience where your guests can either sail onboard with the teams during the racing – a true “money can’t buy” interactive experience - or simply enjoy the comforts of the VIP Lounge where they can directly watch the action from the sun terrace!

The VIP Lounge is the centre piece of the Extreme Sailing Series Race Village where sailing teams and guests congregate throughout each race day. There are 4 levels of land hospitality packages available within the VIP Lounge; Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum. The VIP Lounge is a high quality temporary structure made up of soft furnishings and relaxation areas with surround sound commentary and plasma screens
keeping guests entertained throughout the day. The Extreme Sailing Series private chef ensures everyone is well fed with locally sourced delicious produce and the VIP Bar ensures you don’t go thirsty!

Sailing opportunities are normally reserved for team sponsors, however as race organisers OC Events can see if there are any opportunities to charter an Extreme 40 or buy an infamous “5th man slot” which allows guests to race on board an Extreme 40 with sailing legends (these are subject to a minimum purchase of 6 hospitality packages).

OC Events can also add on rib rides, drinks receptions, exclusive dinners etc.  Nothing is too much trouble, we aim to enhance the guest experience and make it a truly exceptional day!
